FORGIVENESS is a liberating force. Yet the understanding of this concept is sometimes superficial; many do not fully explore its meaning in their daily lives. Sincere forgiveness truly has a liberating force.
Within families, not everyone necessarily perceives the importance of forgiveness. Some seek forgiveness mainly to ease family tensions, without adopting a sincere approach or seeking genuine reconciliation. Although the family is considered a sacred space, it frequently happens that, in the face of a conflict, the practice of forgiveness is neglected.
This attitude is particularly evident among individuals who adopt arrogant or authoritarian behaviours, prioritizing their own point of view over listening and collective understanding. They believe it is others who must ask for forgiveness, not them, the dominant members of the family. They are always right to demand forgiveness from those they consider inferior.
These individuals who believe themselves to be superior have no understanding of forgiveness. They have not understood the meaning of true forgiveness. They do not even consider the power that lies in true forgiveness. They do not want to free themselves; they always want to dominate others.
Parent generally do not ask their children for forgiveness because of their parental status. Some parents are unenlightened about their rights over their children, even though they offer them the opportunity to live on Earth.
When a child becomes an adult, some parents may struggle to accept their autonomy and allow them to express themselves. In the event of a disagreement between parents and adult children, it is often the parents who limit their children’s ability to express themselves. While some parents are aware of the principles relating to children’s rights, they do not always apply these teachings. Dialogue is necessary in all human relationships. Sometimes parents expect a child to ask for forgiveness without offering it themselves, even when the child has been affected by the parents’ words or actions. This phenomenon is accentuated in situations where the father exercises strict authority, demanding obedience from the child without ever apologizing. Forgiveness can be seen as a means of liberation, but it sometimes happens that children express regret without conviction.

If one partner prioritizes their own physical needs at the expense of the other’s feelings, the energy exchange may become imbalanced. Attraction and a sense of balance must be shared to ensure the well-being of both partners.
Forgiveness, recognized for its liberating and constructive effect, must come from those involved in disputes or conflicts. It is a commitment to overcoming problems that undermine cohesion in order to restore harmonious relationships.

Consider a man who has just been caught by his wife with another woman. The first thing that comes to his mind is asking for forgiveness. While his wife is angry about the incident, he seeks forgiveness just to calm her down. This type of forgiveness has no power and does not liberate, because the woman is still angry about the incident. The man may ask for forgiveness in passing to defend himself, but he is not asking for sincere forgiveness that comes from the heart.
Many women do not forgive sincerely, but hold a grudge against the man. The same man may make the same mistake several times, and forgiveness is always the first thing to come out of his mouth. This becomes an abuse of words, of forgiveness. He makes mistakes and faults, even serious ones, and then comes to ask his wife for forgiveness.

This responsibility requires rigour and integrity in order to avoid mistakes that could become public knowledge. It is recommended that a servant should not act hastily when asking for forgiveness, but should take the time to consult his spiritual principles to determine the most appropriate course of action to appease the community. If he has committed a fault, he should not immediately ask for forgiveness in front of the assembly. Instead, he should seek discernment and appropriate advice before taking any public action.
While some mistakes can be easily excused, others require a thoughtful approach to preserve trust and ensure the community functions smoothly.
When a servant hurts those who trust him, they do not forgive easily.
It takes time for people to understand the circumstances that led the servant to make mistakes. Explanations cannot replace sincere forgiveness.
The Light transmits spiritual teachings and guidance with the aim of helping individuals in their spiritual evolution. Although many followers are familiar with these teachings, putting them into practice remains challenging. The errors observed can be explained by a lack of voluntary application. Neglecting seemingly minor points can result in punishment later on, due to a lack of proactive thinking.

Those of you facing disputes, whether arising from misunderstandings, mistakes, difficulties or conflicts, are encouraged to take the initiative for reconciliation by making a sincere request for forgiveness. It should be emphasized that resolving resentment, anger or concerns allows for a more serene welcome of the Force on the day of the PURE LILY and promotes a harmonious atmosphere.
